In this day and age there seems to be a great pressure to achieve physical perfection.Who wouldn’t want a beautifully toned body?A huge concern for many women is having bingo wings – those flabby, saggy, jiggly bits flapping under your arms.It can cause your great anxiety, and stop you from going out sleeveless when the sun is shining.Be embarrassed no more, because in three easy steps, you can learn how to have beautifully toned, defined and sculpted arms.

Step One – Burn Fat

In order to burn fat you must use up more calories than you take in. If you do not use up more calories than you take in, then the extra calories will be stored as fat. The only way to stop building up body fat is to eat less and exercise more. Taking up activities such as power walking, aerobics and cyling are all great ways to burn calories. You will not see much difference in your arms. If you want to tone your flabby arms, then you have to do this through specific strength training excercises.

Step Two – Strength Training Program

Rather than spending long hours trying to burn fat with exercises like aerobics or cycling, it would be better to spend more time on a strength training program. The problem is that exercises like aerobics and cycling are great for losing fat, but not for building and strengthening muscles. If you want to get rid of your flabby, saggy or jiggly upper arms then you need to start a strength training program.

Three exercises which are excellent for upper arms are bicep curls, bench dips and push ups.Squats and lunges are two great exercises for overall strength training.

 

Step Three – Raise Metabolism

You can tone and define your arms by losing body fat and building muscle, but if you don’t raise your metabolic rate, it will be an almost impossible task trying to maintain them. Increasing your metabolic rate is crucial in keeping your arms toned.Unfortunately, even a small weight gain will show up in your arms.

Through activites like strength training and power walking, you can raise your metabolism. It is important not to starve yourself as this will only decrease your metabolism. To keep your metabolism increased for longer periods of time, eat smaller meals, more regulary during the day.

Even though it is important to pay specific attention to your arms in order to tone them, you need to make sure that you burn fat, build muscle and keep your metabolism raised at the same time.

As well as toning your upper arms, you could also be working on other problem areas such as love handles and flabby belly at the same time.  One of the best ways methods I have found is the tone flabby arm system.
