You committed to yourself you’d do a thirty minute workout but feel too tired to even think about it. Does this sound like a recurring condition? Two of the most universal excuses people offer for not working out are lack of time and low energy. After all, a lengthy day taking care of family or working at the office takes time and energy. Do it anyway
